Ask and we'll refund it. No questions, no time limit, no form. Write to support@openplayroom.com with roughly when you gave and we'll find it.

The monthly log on the fire

Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt, or ask us and we'll cancel it for you. Nothing about the site changes when you do — you keep every game, because everyone does.

Postcards

Fourteen days from delivery, refunded in full. They're postcards; you don't need to send them back.
